I live nearby. In places like Richmond theres literally no fucking english anywhere except on street signs. Every sign everywhere else is all in mandarin.
And people who complain about it and say there should be both mandarin and english on everything are told to fuck off, because mandarin speakers are in power there. Its totally fucked.
Vancouver is the same way.
The good things is its pissing everyone off. All the different people in the area are getting sick of it. Poo in Loos, Mexicans, tourists, eeeverybody is fuckign sick of not being able to find anything or read anything because theres no english anywhere.

Go to places like San Jose and places nearby. Tons of Maori people from New Zealand have settled in there. Most of them all become huge fat fucks though because their native blood cant deal with all you can eat buffets very well.
