Plumber, electrician, etc. Get paid way too much but still not enough for doing laborer's work.
Software development. They spend years teaching you how to code well and doing things properly, but once you enter the workforce it all goes out the window and you start cutting corners. It's amazing how nice a program can look on the outside and everything seems to work, but once you take a look at the code you're supposed to maintain you want to claw your eyes out.
