1. round up and remove all migrants/refugees and halt all welfare and other aid to non-greek citizens, turn back all the boats and basically ban all migrants and refugees from entering Greece
2. legalize soft drugs like cannabis and mushrooms and allow shops to legally sell them while taxing the sales, - the favorable exchange rates with western currencies and legal weed/mushrooms would cause a boom in tourism which would provide cash and the cannabis industry can provide many jobs and government revenue

4. Institute a simple nationwide flat-tax or a very similar one with only 2 or 3 different rates with no exceptions except for families raising children where both parents are Greek citizens. It would not have to be very low but just being super simple would bring massive investment because of the added ease of doing business.
5. Court Chinese, Russian and Iranian investors and develop business agreements with those countries to lessen economic dependency on Europeans.
6. Invest in Greek agriculture and food production to make Greece as self-sufficient as possible in food production, to lower food prices and to earn revenue from exporting more high-quality Greek food goods.
7. over the next decade start saving up cash and acquiring enough gold/silver to make it possible to leave Euro and adopt Greek currency with public-controlled central bank
