Well the server is playing the 2.4.3 client, but I should say the dungeons are pre nerf.
I believe it allows them to do anything that would be done in 2.4.3 without a patch, or things before it.
The dungeons feel nerfed, not confirmed they are post nerf, but the raids are 100% pre-nerf.

Also, as I said nostalrius had 12,000 people on one of its servers, and it was 100% true to vanilla, like.. 99.8%.
You had to relog after changing your bags for the new one to appear, and the auction house didnt sort things according to all pages, only on the individual page (if you wanted cheapest)
Normal blizz servers have 2500 people. It was by far the most fun Ive had in wow, and it was free. Blizz shut Nost down though, so were moving to Vengeance.
Vengeance is in Canada, so in NA you get amazing latency, and they have expressed that they do not intend to work with blizzard at all if they are told to take it down, and will pretty much let them try and take them to court over it

In wotlk the cazualization started.
I don't remember exact details but there were many little things that were aimed at simplifying the game for noobs.
Like they made all ranks of spell cost the same mana and have same casttime.
So this change favored the 0-9 keybind children and it took fast low manacost rank 1 frost bolt from me and shit.
There were many changes like that. Each patch every day we'd notice these little things. Both me and my arena bro noticed this shit and migrated to a private TBC server where proceeded to wreck shit until it died. We were gods man. TBC was the shit with all the things only skilled dudes could utilize that separated them from noobs. Especially private servers where we could abuse the shit out of pre-TBC engineering and quest items.
