Talent is pursued interest. Especially art, with more practice, Hitler could make better and great works. Perspective, anatomy, whatever, it's very easily learned. It's all a matter of view and point lines.

Why not? This is what van gogh's paintings were like when he was 20, not even all that different from Hitler's. It's dedication to his craft what made him remarkable.
He wasn't that great at illustrating people or animals, that is probably the biggest reason he wasn't accepted.
