It depends on conscription law. It would be dumb to send non professional army consisting of women ,priests and kinds to fight in the front lines. If you still have body-abled men you have no need to use (Women/kids/priests). I know you want to sound patriotic, and Poland is very patriotic, but every group have its own duty. One fight in the front, others help from the back.
