The problem with such a thought is that the minorities have no love for this country, or the states they live in. They are where they are for convenience, IE they either can't move, or have no incentive to go elsewhere. If the taxpayers finally decide they have had enough, and refuse to continue to subsidize sloth and/or criminal behavior, these minorities now have an incentive to try to find a new host to leech off of, be it a new locality in the US or some other country.

In the short term you could expect large scale rioting and looting in large cities which will accelerate the exodus and by extension their collapse. If the providers keep their resolve, the leeches will realize that they have two options: leave and find some other place to take care of them, or become a productive member of society. It is worth noting that Latins tend to have three categories by which you're white

3) You're blond/blue eyed/pale skinned. Being born to a brown family and being the one germanic-looking person among mestizos usually results in such people identifying and being identified as white, as latins tend to associate Northern European traits with being "pure" white.
In Mexico they tend to try and claim everyone who is mexican is mixed unless they are the child of immigrants (or a nigger/chink because they hate those guys)
In Brazil the lines are so muddied that you have blond people of mostly german descent identifying as mulatto because they have a black great-grandparent. Most of this is because since the year 2000 you get government benefits for identifying as non-white, which is retarded because pretty much all white Brazilians have some non-white ancestry. However the result is that poor whites who traditionally identified as white because it was seen as better now identify as mixed or black because they get money and university spots because of it.
In the USA you see poor whites identify as native American to try and get benefits in the same way, the same is true of Canada and Australia and New Zealand.

In any case the problem with Mexicans is not that they're mixed, but because there are too many of them illegally here AND most of them are predominantly non-white.
The longterm results of mixing would result in America becoming muddied.
However if we deport all the illegals then mixing with the Hispanics who remain- who are whiter, on average would result in a slight decline from 98% European genetically to 96% European genetically. Mixing with Asians decreases that further to about 95% European. Implementing immigration laws which favor European immigrants would probably result in a population with a 97% European average.
The end result is that continuation from the Europeans who founded the USA would be maintained and the general European phenotype would be maintained, even if there were more darker people around.
I should note that mixing with niggers is always undesirable.
