How much would it make in total? While, similar films that made 40-50million in opening weekend can make more than 150million in total if they are lucky. So right now that is the expected final total the film will get. That would not be enough to cover costs, but at least we have a baseline for what we are expecting.
Keep in mind that they did 3 million on Thursday 7PM-12AM showings, so Friday by itself was actually 14 million. I'm pissed that this is going to outdo Warcraft in the US, but amused that Deadpool still wrecks it with a 132 million opening weekend in February.
