I just want to fucking scream. Please mock me because I know you will. I don't fucking care.

I have been skinny fat most of my life. I decided to change that 18 months ago. I cut out all soda, alcohol, drug and cigarette use, as well as only allowing sugary foods in extreme situations such as birthdays or weddings.

Then I started lifting 5 times per week. I take in over 150 grams of protein per day. And yet I still look fucking sorry. To me there is no explanation I can give other than fucking estrogen or feminizing chemicals in the food and water supply.

I feel as if this may also be somewhat to blame for the dramatic increase in degenerate LGBT bullshit that's been going on lately.

Go ahead, mock me, I honestly don't fucking care. I have been trying so hard for 18 months, doing everything by the book, and still my progress is so slow, and I retain many feminine features, such as fucking breasts.

What can even be done? I cannot fucking herd livestock and farm to meet all my nutritional needs, although realistically is this the only way?

Just this summer for the first time in my life I can swim in a pool or work in the summer heat without having a shirt on, I've always been terrified of doing that, because I looked so jacked up.

I will be the first to admit I have made tons of progress, noticeable progress. Shit everyone comments and mentions it. The progress is especially noticeable with my SHIRT ON.

But with the shirt off, as you can see in the image there are many feminine features. I know this is just a random data point for you to observe. You know nothing about my life, my eating habits, or my workout habits.

It just feels WRONG somehow. I am seeing some results so I continue to train, but I just feel too feminized in many of my features.

Gains are something like 70% what you eat, just cutting out a few bad foods from your diet won't cut it. You need to regulate your intake ~40/40/20 protein/carbs/fat and a reduction in calories by ~500cal, if weight loss is your gain. Also do some bloody cardio

Stay away from any food or water that has been tainted by plastic, as that's the primary source of the hormones. I know it's almost impossible because both things have been in contact with plastics at some point, but minimize further exposure.

For water, filter that shit and drink from a glass or any non-plastic vessel. Don't put any hot beverage on plastic containers. Avoid soda, even the canned ones. The cans are lined with chemicals, to prevent corrosion, that has the same chemicals that can cause hormonal imbalance.

For food, don't store it in plastics. Don't use a plastic vessel when the food is hot or heating up your food in plastic. The heat makes the hormones seep into your food.

If you must, go take testosterone-boosting supplements. Go talk to a doctor to plan a safe regimen that won't make you roid rage or leave your testicles withered that you'd have to be on it for life.

For other supplementation, take weight-gainers and NO/Nitric Oxide (no, not the gas). Creatine pumps you up with water, so it might be good to keep the muscles from tiring too quickly, but don't think gains from it are permanent - it disappears quickly (1 hour, at most). Take multivitamins, especially B-vitamin rich ones.

As far as your workout regimen, you're probably doing something wrong. Go to /fit/ and pick their brains. You also need to do more than just a few minutes to actually see some results. I work out for 2 hours If you want to see gains, avoid cardio; until it's time to "cut down". The 5 days you have, the rule of thumb is you divide it into focusing on certain body parts. You probably heard of "leg day".

But it's also possible that it's genetics-related. Some just can't gain enough muscle because of metabolism and other factors.

But yes, the spike in nu-males (feminized men) can be attributed to hormones, but that's not the only source. There's media and education too. But since you're here, you know how to deal with the media and education propaganda.

Bench/pull-up super sets
Benching maybe 155x8 then doing pull-ups to failure (usually 8-10)
I'll do 4 sets of this

Lat pulls @ 100 lbs x 12 for 4 sets

Chest flies in the cable cross @ 70 bs x 12 for 4 sets

Dumbbell skullcrushers 12x4

Decline bench 8x4

Then some random bicep horseshit to give me a pump so I feel good about my life

Then I'm done. Usually takes 1 hour.

When you hit your max hit it until you can't push up anymore. In all likely hood you wont be able to push the bar. THATS OK. Your body only gets stronger when you hit that point. You crush that fucking point like a fucking man. YOU BEAT THAT FUCKING POINT.

Then you move over to squats. And you do the same fucking thing. Make sure you have a fucking ACE spotter.

Split up your days. So one day you do say chest/triceps. The next day you do legs and abs. The day after that you do Back and play muscles.

Theres your three a week. Hit it to faliure and push through it. You will get stronger. You will get bigger.

Your test will actually go up. You will lose your tits and extra fat. Remember eat enough fucking food. Try and get some sort of healthy pro- test fat in before bed.

If you want to lose weight faster add cardio in the morning. BEFORE you eat anything.

This is the worst fucking cardio on earth let me tell you that right out of the gate. However, it burns fat.

And for fucks sake eat enough veggies. You can survive on meat and veggies if you want.

Suppliment wise keep it simple. BCAA's Protein and maybe a light pump. Creitine will make you stronger but it is only temporary.

My training age is 18 months and my squat is at 390 lbs for 5, bench at 225 lbs for 3 (embarrassingly low), and dead is at 460 lbs for 1 although I haven't trained the deadlift in a while so it's probably less now

I'm also fat at 5'11" 220 lbs

Look into RPE training if you like but you're still a bit of a novice so stick with working at a lower percentage of your max and more reps

I bench 4 times a week autoregulating, which is also something you can look into but with your lifts it would probably be best to do a standard Texas Method with 3x per week benching with some backaway sets on intensity day, you can add a 4th day for bodybuilding work if you want (I typically do stuff like dumbbell bench, seated dumbbell OHP, cable rows/bench assisted dumbbel rows on bodybuilding day)
drop power cleans if you're doing them and don't focus on OHP as anything more than an accessory lift

But i dont want to change my diet, beyond diversifying to include more nutrient rich vegetables
So now i'm trying to work into cardio. I go out and walk around the neighborhood, sometimes i jog or run when i come upon routes im familiar with (im at landmark A, so i jog until i reach landmark B). I take a bottle of water with me to make sure i stay hydrated. I honestly haven't lost alot of weight and mostly just stopped myself gaining weight, but i feel alot better now since i've started. I take my music player and listen to video-game/anime soundtracks (take that as you will), and find it fun to explore the neighborhood and stop in at parks/use the swing-sets. Also have had more opportunities to socialise, which is cool.

You need to be doing more cardio than lifting. And I'm assuming you're still going over your TDEE even without sugary products. You eat a lot of carbs? And you're overloading protein.. Is that from shakes? If so, how much fat and carbs are in it? Blame the system all you want but it's you that has to change yourself. Portion size is essential. Small meals more often throughout the day.

I see no results. You're obviously doing it wrong. Not exerting enough effort perhaps. Work on lowering BF% then work on muscles. Personal training would probably help you ten fold.. Knowledge is always power, even when it comes to lifting weights.

protein is more necessary the day after the workout, so you can eat 100g on lifting days and 150g on cardio days
