I got the sense from the first and second thread that the OP wanted focus on the Clinton Foundation and all of the other 'answers', true or not, were geared toward recruiting as many people as possible to this end.
So we don't know how much of the information being presented is a rabbit hole/too obscure to work with and how much of it is actually useful. Could be a sea of red herrings whose original purpose was simply to use confirmation bias to drum up more interest.
That said, it's possible the Clinton Foundation is the most vulnerable link in the chain and hence why so much encouragement was provided to focus there.
Or Manafort is really slick and put just enough criticism of Trump in the posts to draw attention away from an obvious source of all of this direction/mis-direction.
Still, there's enough shady shit going on with the Clintons to warrant investigation, so all of this sounds like a good activity regardless of who really benefits.

Trying to price a human life isn't the right line to be thinking about. There likely isn't an exact price. It probably changes based on the appearance, age, and demand. Instead of looking for specific numbers try to find convenient donations (especially from Saudis and Brits) that line up with missing person's reports. A million dollars from a one-time Saudi donar at the exact moment 5 people "disappear," for example.
Actually, one-time donars in particular might be suspicious for this very reason. Check the parent owners for all the one-time donations above 10k - 100k. The elite richfag with many corporations is more likely to donate to the CF once with each of his entities than leave an even larger papertrail for a single company.

This is part of what makes clickbait so successful; they're basically trigger words/memes to engage interest.
Theoretically, there is some combination of words that could convince a person to particular action. ANY particular action; all you need to do is present the right words or memes to them in the correct environment at the right time. When asking a girl out on a date, there are a large number of word combination sets that would result in failure, and a much smaller group of word combination sets that would result in success.
Take that to the next level in convincing millions of people to think or believe certain things.

Frank Herbert's probably one of the better in this category for political insights, but you'd probably find much better than that in non-fiction works. Asimov focused very heavily on robots; the foundation series has some interesting insights on the political, but nothing I'd consider special. You could read some of Heinlein's novels, but they're very basic and he seems to mostly use them to explore the political ideas that interest him in a fictional format.
The nice thing about science-fiction/fantasy vs non-fiction, is that fiction can present entirely new concepts/ideas that people only realize were ahead of their time in hindsight. Just take a look at star trek as an example: Replicators, tricorders, graphical-user-interfaces, holodecks, phasers, personal-data-assistants, communicators, artificial intelligence and so forth. We now have real-life technology that could be seen as primitive or actual versions of all of these: 3d printing, virtual reality, tablets, cellphones, tasers, etc.
