I think my favorite thing about natsoc, and studying its history, is the massive avalanche of pure misinformation surrounding it. There's something so fascinating about how modern propaganda works, despite being so easy to uncover and dispell. I wonder sometimes if this would be possible at all without the Internet. You're probably right, religion can mean many things depending on the context. I'd say that, if something like that is really necessary, then a form of secular religion, possibly National Socialism itself, would be better than a theological one. As Goebbels puts it:
