Now factor out all those who won't be physically fit enough to serve, or who don't want to serve or who for any other reason won't be able to get in. Now you're left with a vanishingly small group of people who will amount to being little more that tokens.
And that is all trannies are these days - tokens for people who want to signal how cool and progressive they are. This will cost the military nothing and will put various interest groups on their side.

Alright, so let's assume most people who join the military are 18 to 21 years-old.
I'm not a doctor or anything, but I assume most transgenders need constant hormone treatment, and at that young age most transgenders are not fully transitioned yet.
This means that transgenders who are deployed in a warzone or even in a foreign station will need constant supply of medications for their hormone treatment, risking hormone imbalance and mental problems if they don't receive it.
This means the US army will have to setup an entire logistic supply system just to give each individual trannie the medications they need, not only that, but they will need to deal with the absurd depression and suicide rate of these people, along with apropriate house and etc
Millions of dollars will be spent just to put a few trannies in the army.
This is why putting women and trannies in the army is a mistake. The supply and logistical cost outweighs the advantages (which are none by the way).
