m8, Germany has 3 nuclear weapon stations that are fully operational and ready and stores almost half of Frances nuclear weapons and also couple of 100 of the American nukes that ready and deployable. Not to mention that nuclear bombs are also stored on air-force bases in Italy, Belgium, and the Netherlands and planes from each of those countries are capable of delivering them. Germany also produces nuclear warheads (for the french) btw.
