An indictment only means charges will be filed, she would still be free to run her campaign and she's a power hungry bitch who won't back down if the indictment comes. The actual trial would last way longer than the election would so there's no chance of a verdict before then. Ultimately the Bernouts will bitch and moan but Shillary will still be the nominee even if she has to do her acceptance speech from a holding cell.
In the unlikely event that she DOES step down the DNC still won't pick Sanders, they'll go for Biden or Warren or some other insider.
