Harming, killing, or collecting these endangered turtles can be punishable by up to three years in jail. What these people allegedly did to this poor turtle goes beyond cruelty. These killers should serve a much steeper sentence than a measly three years in jail. Demand that the authorities get involved, find the people in the video, and aim for the maximum penalty.
