What phone is best for photography? I'm going to replace my current phone today because it's absolutely terrible and cost the same as an iPhone. I'm hoping to an exchange for another phone at no extra cost so may be looking at last year's models. I'm torn between an iPhone and Sony Xperia Z4. I had an iPhone 4S that had a pretty good camera but the browser reloading webpages when you switched between tabs drove me absolutely crazy. The lack of expandable memory is also a major drawback to me. This is why I'd prefer to stick with Android and the Z4 looks appealing. I'm in Japan so that may limit some choices.
What are /p/'s thoughts?
tbqh just get the iphone m8
lack of expandable memory isnt that bad anymore, seeing as they actually have decent memory now

True about the memory thing. I actually have yet to hit the 32gb on my current phone. But that may be partially due to how awful the camera is.
Your photos actually have made me reconsider Apple again. Still, the idea of the reloading browser pages and necessary reinstallation of iTunes is less than appealling.
What iPhone do you have? I imagine I'd be looking at the 6S in terms of exchanging at no cost.

Yeah 6s. But dont base your purchase on the bias view of some dipshit on an arabian caligraphy appreciation forum.
If you'll be more happy not dealing with apple and with the Z4, then just get that.

Seeing people squirm over whether to praise them for being good photos in spite of their first instinct being to shit on them for being 600px with white borders was golden.
>i can't comment on these without seeing exif first because if it turns out they're medium format portra I'll just look like a btfo noob

Just forgetfullness, realised just as I started my last thread that I forgot to wipe the exif. Gone are the glory days I guess

What's the best camera for making phone calls?

If it's only image quality matters, nothing beats the Panasonic CM1. But it' s a bit old by now.
