It can look okay if the lighting is good but it's a bit boring and samey.
Anyway, that's a pic of houses, not a drone

When done well it can be a great technique, but when people just take photos/videos with no thought and think that they're good simply because they're taken in the air it gets boring/samey very quickly. Taking a photo in the air doesn't mean that boring subjects, bad lighting, lack of composition, etc. magically become irrelevant. OP pic for example is pretty worthless, makes no different that it was taken in the air.
