if you could keep the price down to under 1000 dollars that would be grate but i can go up to as high as 1500 thank you.

I'd go with a Canon EOS Rebel SL2, good camera for beginners and intermediates, you can find it around $250 if lucky, but at most $350, then spend about $700 on 2 decent lenses for it as extras.

OP you should get a Nikon D100 and a 500mm lens so you can take some nice wideangle shots and see through people's skin
