Might be becasue your a forigner in japan and every thing looks cool to you, do some research on alot of big 'street photographers' and look at what their doing.

some of your outdoor shots are slightly overexposed.
you seem to be only using a short lens, likely a 50 or 35mm, or maybe a kit zoom like 18-55 because some look to be of a longer focal length.
if you want to take portraits, do try to go in closer, to make your subject(s) occupy most of the shot, if not, show how the subject interacts with the environment, like picrelated, a shot I took in tsukiji

Looks like you're moving around too much before you get a shot worth moving on to the next. EXIF says its just one pic after another. You should lurk in one spot until you get a shot that you dont think can be any better, then move to a new spot. These mostly look like tourist snapshits. Nothing really special about them, with the exception, maybe, of >>2857765 , since it has a funny english sign in in that adds to the message of the image.
