This is distracting, poorly framed, poorly composed, in ugly light, and doesn't show us anything interesting or unique.
The shitters in the back right, the flag top center, the people on the right side, the poles on the left side, and the cars in the background are all slop that should have been removed from the frame.
The cars themselves might be excellent racers or whatever, but visually, they're completely boring, and having them parked on a random gravel field only adds to the ugliness.
Your processing is pretty standard for what kids think is good processing these days, and while it does look good for some subjects, it has no connection with your subject or scene at all. Unfortunately because you shot so sloppily, in such bad light, in such a bad environment, with such boring stagnant subjects, there is no visual style to enhance and support in your processing, so you're finding yourself unsure of what to do in post.
There would have been no way to make a photo of this scene in a way that was good or interesting, but you should still use opportunities like these to exercise your fundamentals. Remove distractions, find unique perspective. Come up with something to communicate to your viewer, and then make exposure/light/framing/composition decisions to support that idea.

PP looks OK to me, but the combination of wide lens and fast shutter speed aren't working. You need to go down to at least 1/125 or so to get enough background blur in shots like that.
Here's an old one of mine, shot at a similar focal length (70 on FF), and even at 1/60th I feel like I could have gone slower.

Sad to say I kind of agree with this. It's really hard to get a decent photo out of parked cars, especially when they're tightly packed, unless there's something else going on to make it interesting. (Pit crew working on the car, or the car is just something really unique and noteworthy, etc.)

you should always use the lowest ISO setting possible if you can use a lower shutter speed or wider aperture without ruining the picture. Sometimes you'll want (or need) a certain shutter speed and aperture combo to take the shot and then you should bump up the ISO

Your camera naturally sits at its base ISO (lowest ISO, most likely 100). This is not very sensitive to light, and only usually works well in really bright light (or with lenses with really wide apertures). To work in lower light, you can turn up the ISO, which pumps more power into the sensor, which effectively increases its sensitivity to light, so you can get a photo with less light coming in. Unfortunately, this sensitivity comes with a trade-off. The extra power going into the sensor makes "noise" where the camera is getting values wrong for individual pixels. The higher you go, the worse it gets. So to minimize noise in your images, you want to stay at as low an ISO as you can get, while still getting a good exposure.
In your case here, your shutter speed is really fast, which means it's only letting in a little bit of light, which means the sensor needs to crank up its ISO to get a photo out of it. But if you were to shoot at even ISO 1000, you'd be letting in four times as much light, which means your ISO could be four times lower (4 stops lower)
Divide 1600 in half four times, and you get ISO 100.

Sometimes you just need your shutter speed to be higher. If you have something in your frame that is moving, like people, or cars, you need to keep your shutter speed high enough to freeze that motion (unless you want it in your shot). Also, to keep your natural body motion from making a shot blurry, your shutter speed shouldn't fall below the focal length of your lens (It's a guideline, and everybody is different)
So if you have a 100mm lens on a full frame camera, you would want to keep your shutter speed above 1/100.
Having a tripod and a stationary scene mean you can shoot at your base ISO all the time, no matter how dim the light is, since you can take a five minute exposure if you want.

I checked and the exif does say it was in auto. It wasn't tho, it was AV locked on the largest aperture and 1/100 or 1/125 time, with ISO auto. There was no light to go past 1/125 (on this old camera and kitlens) so most of the more dynamic shots went blurred, unfortunately.

Thanks for the response! And yeah I'm using lightroom. I almost always do -100 highlights but I often find +100 shadows make everything a little too flat, I usually go around +80 or so. Although for the first picture +100 definitely made it look better so I'll be much more open to trying it to see what it looks like. Will definitely try for a better composition next time with the lines and the foreground.
For the second picture, is there a way to keep the moody and dark atmosphere while still making those changes? Feels almost like a rainforest when it's a little darker. I definitely need practice with the brushes so I'll give that a try.
Last pic was a pretty shady area and I have an extremely shaky hand, I bumped the ISO a little too much to try and compensate, oh well next time. Thank you for the tip about holding alt, that's gonna be a lifesaver for me.
