The most important thing is to make the model look good/attractive/whatever.
In that regard you have severely failed. Try a higher angle and a wider aperture or something to get fewer of his chins in the shot.

Try to take some colour out, especially red. Maybe try to increase yellow a bit. it does wonders on red skin. If you can, try increasing yellow-green contrast while reducing green a bit.

SO I decided to go the other. I took a shot of this statue a while ago and wanted to increase the sharp-soft contrast of statue to background.
I know it's not very selective, but I'm only getting into this.
