Can anyone help me find the book, "Halftone photography for offset lithography" by Erwin Jaffe? I've looked all over and all I can find is a 10$ (+shipping) used copy on Amazon. I really do not want to pay that much for a book that is essentially useless.

10$ USD + between 5 & 10$ shipping = 15-20 dollars USD. 15$ USD is 20$ CDN, and 20 USD is 25$ CDN. There might be duty for importing, and Canadian taxes are higher. When all is said and done, I would probably be paying between 25 and 30$ CDN.
