What should you look for when purchasing a 2nd hand lens?
Focus accuracy and action smoothness, dont be too concerned about small specks of dust as those are unavoidable but look out for dirty/misty structures as that's fungus and it wont go away easily

Make sure the filter threads aren't fucked. Those are easily damaged and easy to overlook.
