They could be okay for a generic headshot type photos, but none of them are in focus. The closest you got to focusing on the eyes (the general goal with portraiture work) was the crazy first one which I like than all the rest.
Work on focusing, don't light your subject from below unless you want them portrayed as crazy/monster, and resize your snapshits if you're going to post to /p/
They're pretty boring, they look completely unprocessed, it seems as though you either used a crap lens or missed focus, and there's no detail whatsoever.
You haven't done any tone work, or skin clean-up, and you haven't done a cull to decide which of these identical photos you want to present.
