God, so many, for so many reasons...
Probably my most disappointing:
Accidentally factory reset my camera (it had stuff on it in my bag and the button combo was pressed) so when I stumbled across a short eared owl just after sundown, I ended up shooting it completely wrong, and in JPEG Basic.
I just fucking deleted them all once I realized.
Another time, it was just too dark to capture a goshawk as it flew directly toward me. Frame was filled and everything.
That's life, though. And also what makes getting a really good shot so rewarding.
I got about 8 shots of this heron in the air and only one was in focus, but the wings were covering its head. O well, hopefully I'll get a second chance, this time more prepared with better framing, etc., too.

I had to use manual focus because of the reeds, sadly, I still suck at manual focus.

Yo, I can jive. It's not perfect, but that almost helps the effect I like about it.

I actually really like this one
Would you care if I framed it in my hallway
>>2844467
If he says "yes", are you not going to frame it in your hallway?
>>2836943
There is literally nothing wrong with this one. Sure you could have gone for a slightly faster shutter speed and tighter crop, but since the bird's pose is so weird and novel, I really didn't give a shit.
Took this last night, just a little more DOF to get the store banner in focus and I would have been happy with it

Here's a fresh one.
I forgot I set it to single focus, plus lowered shutter speed to 1/1000 for under the tree canopy shooting.
So it was moving out of focus when I hit the shutter button also motion blur from the slow shutter speed.
I was literally shooting from the hip, it disappeared after taking this one shot.
