These are three of my favorite of my most recent photos. The key problems I saw with 2 was the focus it is off nothing to be done now. However I really those 2 regardless.

To me, the missed focus isn't a big deal in this photo. Sharpness can often be overrated especially since this isn't meant to be some studio quality portrait.

This one I feel the focus is just fine. She is more in focus than everything else. It's an interesting take framing the subject behind this object, but not very good at conveying anything.

Not a fan of the crop, but I like the swirling boke. Works fine in this situation. In a shot like this a sharp focus on the eyes is definitely necessary unlike in your first photo so I would say it does impact this photo negatively.

This photo is great imo mostly due to the subject. The peace sign and finger is just amusing. I don't know about the crop again.
Is your lens fixed aperture? The last photo could have used a much wider depth of field.

The first three photos were shot with a prime lens. And I agree the missed focus on the eyes is bad.
