I own a Nikon D3200 dslr camera. I've been thinking of buying some fisheye lens, and I can only afford up to 200 euros (max 250). So, yeah.. Can you suggest me some good ones for begginers, maybe give me some photo samples too?
Thanks

Zenitar 2.8, 16 mm Fisheye-Objektiv
Its about +-200 $ and worked pretty well for me.
It comes along with an moutadapter. Very nice lens. Buy it, thank me later.

Bought this with an adapter and it wouldn't focus to infinity on my D70. Also, it's barely a fisheye on a crop sensor. Pic related.
OP, fisheye lenses are gimmicky and you'll probably get bored of it super fast. That said the Samyang 8mm is probably the best bet in your price range.

not OP but thanks for this!

Again, if you are wanting a fisheye and shoot on anything smaller than a full frame sensor this lens will probably disappoint you. On a Nikon crop-body it becomes a 24mm lens. If you're shooting full frame or film then it's a decent, budget choice for sure though.

The Peleng (a.k.a. Belomo) 8mm is another that is good for APS-C cameras. Also good for MFT.
All-metal, interchangeable mount. Different look to the Samyang. Uses screw-in filters at the rear.
Also, if you get a FF camera sometime, you can take circular shots with it.
Samyang/Rokinon/Bower 8mm.

I had the Peleng. Good solid lens dunno about sharpness but it was cheap and if you are going fisheye might as well get the widest one.
I got tired of the effect which I think everyone does. But if you've got the itch ...
Back in the day I used Panotools if I wanted a more standard wideangle look so you can do that. Not great if you are a pixel peeper but that's not the point of this lens I guess.

I had Peleng, switched to Samyang later.
Sharpness is ok ( it's even more sharper open wide then Samyang), BUT:
-CA everywhere!
-Weak against sun. Flares and light trails.
