I like the contrast between the old and new architecture layout. The colors are well balanced. But I would crop it about 20% to narrow the composition.

There are about four different photo opportunities readily available in this image.
1) The cool sign running down the length of the building on the left
2) The differences between the traditional building on the left, and the fun colors of the building on the right
3) The color differences between the green tree and the warm colored garage
4) The repetition of the rusty "balconies"
None of these are actually achieved (or even really attempted) and the photo in stead comes across as an accidental exposure taken while a camera on a tripod was slung over your shoulder. while you're walking down the street.
