Recently picked up the /p/ life. How do I make my photos less boring?

I'm reading all the material I can, but I trust you guys. Pics related are some of my stuff.

grading in post-processing to make colours stand out rather than everything being a muddy green-brown soft mess
You should start by reading the sticky
>>2824035
This is decently framed but lacks any kind of interesting light.
>>2824036
Kinda confusing to look at, would have been better with the background more blurred or different angle all together.
>>2824039
Boring snapshit of nothing.
Wait for decent lighting on #1. Do you think Ansel Adams just plopped his camera and took the first decent framing he saw?
No, he sat there for hours, observed the lighting, and only then came to the conclusion for the best time to shoot.
Also try different angles, get closer to the ground and look up at stuff, then try to look down at it, etc.

This too
simple edit

It's all just browns and greys and low contrast dullness. And the composition isn't very good either.
Photography is.something you need to keep working at
My best advice is.to find pictures or photographers you like and copy them. Try to make your photos indistinguishable from them. This will train you to look for certain things and force you to pay attention to small details that can make or break a photo. When your photos fail to live up to the ones you tried to mimic figure out why by comparing them side by side.
Don't worry about post processing right now. That's just added fluff. Right now you need to work on your eye.
>>2824035
Only take photos of things you find interesting. Before you take the shot ask yourself why is this interesting, and make sure you fill the frame with interesting things. You don't need a bunch of foreground when shooting a sunset, you don't need a bunch of sky when shooting a flower.
Think.

Isn't it shitposting in gear threads 24/7?

looks awful
Did a quick little for two of the three pictures.
>>2824039 is absolute garbage so I didn't even bother.
The others look pretty decent after I messed with them a bit. 1/2
