Urban is focused on the city itself, such as the mood it provides, the skyline, the architecture, ect. Basically a stronger focus on the just the city itself. Framing often feels mise en scene to me, according to the artist of course, with a focus on the environment.
Street more refers to action and people. Less fixation on some of the environment and often a stronger focus on the people in various ways. Street photographers tend to seek candid shots and elements of humanity that are unique, unlike a picture like >>2820322 that could basically be taken at any time and be in a fairly similar state.
Some people would probably say there isn't a difference, but to me I think there is a clear distinction in approach.
What you are posting is definitely on the urban side of things.

Todo Puebla está demasiado concentrado, y el turismo se centra en sólo unas calles alrededor del Centro.
El resto está en ruinas (literalmente), o es parte de la decadencia social, o está pesimamente construido como es el caso actual de los edificios de gobierno.
Se perdió el atractivo barroco de Puebla, y aunado a la basura, termina siendo un mal lugar para hacer turismo.

on the technical side the noise is bad and the attempted reduction even at first glance is really noticeable. I don't know if it's intentional (the fact that I can't say for sure if that was what you intended is a bad sign in it's own) but it seemed like an amateurish choice I mean f/14 1/60 second at night what were you even expecting - do you even want the light to hit the sensor
the subject didn't really interest me at all I mean dude's not pleasing to look at (weird pose and punctual light source does that). also what is he even doing. it just looks like a botched attempt to stage a nice shot
honestly it's not that bad of a shot in theory, the framing is good but the subject is a tad bit off-centered in a bad way and there's way too much foreground that's just plain useless
you have a nice line going from the top and spiraling towards the end of the tunnel and you could've just gone a bit closer and worked better this element
what I have to say is think better on the parts you choose to include in the picture and how they interact with each other. you can't just find a nice scene put someone there being urbex edgy and expect it'll turn into good shot
hope you take something from my perspective and don't just discard my opinion as being gratuitous hating I actually sat down for 10 minutes to type this through

I live in a pretty high crime area (east Oakland, I work in west Oakland) and Ive had pretty good luck with just using good judgment. I've got one of those sling bag things that I keep my camera in, so most people just assume it's some douchlike chromebag with parcel in it.

i'm a poor hobby photo college fag so i do all my shooting on a 18-55mm kit lens with my d5100. I've borrowed a friend's 35mm and i really like the results so im looking to buy one right now. but my 18-55mm is just holding me down until i start my job in the summer. and yeah a 35mm on a aps-c will be a 50mm equivalent.
