I like the composition on this photo, but there are two things that kill it for me:
First, the fake blur. It's too obvious and detracts from the inage. Either do it in camera, or skip it, but this one doesn't cut it. You can add vignetting to bring attention to the center, but blur is too hard to fake.
Second, her legs got cropped. It's OK to cut at some heights, but half calfs is not one of them.
Keep those in mind and it will be a great photo the next time.
