So i want to get into photagraphy n stuff and i want to buy a camera can you guys tell me a good and not too expensive one and some tips and tricks that would be nice

If you don't want to, make yourself a pinhole camera, I feel anything more complex would only confuse you more.

Get an A6000.
Mirrorless is good for learning how to shoot in M mode because you're using an electronic view finder instead of an optical.
Optical w/ DSLR: You see through the lens. Even if the camera is OFF, you will see through the lens. You do NOT see what the photo is going to look like. If your ISO/shutter speed don't line up, you can end up with an all white or all black photo or anything in between.
Electronic View Finder: You see nothing unless the camera is on. You see what the SENSOR sees, so what you see on the screen/view finder is what the picture is going to look like.
The A6000 is also good for adapting old lenses. Like stuff you might find at a thrift store or antique store.
Nikon D4 is a good starting point. Reasonably priced and can take lots of photos really fast! It doesn't have a swivel screen though.
