I always carry a camera and shoot a lot day by day, but I go out with the intent to shoot something specific more like once every 2-3 days. I'm an unprofessed professional.

Nothing too much. I wouldn't mind an xpro2, but I'm not in a huge hurry to upgrade. I might be interested in the 23mm f2 when it comes out as well.

I know how many of you are in love with the idea of controlling everything, but after a while that bit of freedom becomes a release. I like the flub shot better. Probably because the strong shadows and the rim lights simultaneously describes and obscures the dudes face making him more attractive than the other shot. Yeah, it's not a really bad flub shot, but I was shooting for their social media pages, so it wasn't really usable for their lead man's picture.

im an art student. spent about 1000 on my k3 and some 50mm. i shoot mostly daily for my assignments both in film and digital, ive probably sprnt over 2500 overall because RC paper is pretty expensive and i havent even begun printer in fiber. i like art photography. dont know if im planning to buy any cameras, just a tripod and a remote, maybe some lights. i take a lot of self portraits so i do it mostly alone, there are plenty of people that shoot around me of course but it seems to be mostly a lonely practice; after all, most of street photography is pretty uninteresting, and landscapes arent too popular.

I took my 35/2.8 over there, any 35mm shots in that thread are from it.
I had to look high and low to find an F-1 I was happy with. SO many with huge disgusting data-backs and AE-finders. I saw quite a few 50/1.4's and 50L's, but not a hell of a lot else.
I think I saw one 85L too, actually.
But I already own all of those.
If I saw one of those concave front element 35mm's I might have jumped on it, but no such luck.
Or an 80-200L....

£1450, everything I have is second hand and random manual focus lenses that are not very expensive.

Yeah but none of them live near me :( I usually shoot when going places with my husband or on my own.
