One of my most favorite photographers. According to him he uses translucent wire to suspend a 1m x 1m LED square. What I'm wondering though is where he actually connects the wire to?

Anyway, feel free to post some more interesting photographers/works

I kind of wish he'd made more of an effort to make the waves look like sand dunes, could have made for a even more surreal image, maybe he didn't want to edit it too much though

Fuck I'm jealous. I tried to do some underwater photography in Egypt, but to actually go deep underwater I had to take off my glasses. I couldn't see shit except blurry colours.

What the fuck. I thought this was like a behind the scenes style photo to show his lighting setup on the model.

Now that I know it's the actual photograph, it just looks like a bunch of random shit placed together which make no sense.

Really cool, but my assburgers can't get over the fact that there's splotches of chromatic noise in a black and white photo...
I assume that's not in the original

i meant, there are a ton of stuff more interesting to research about photos than how does one simulate a floating light. its a special fx, a neat one, but just that, its surface level interesting.

Benoit P. gets pretty deep. Just read some of his stuff about his projects.

Fishing line would work.
