Not enough DOF, too much is OOF. Also, the foreground being blurred out makes me uncomfortable, especially since it seems almost accidental.
I see nothing interesting here other than a flower with a bokeh bkg taken in regular light? Correct me if I am wrong.
If you want to do still life of such a banal subject then you have to make it interesting. This attached image by Edward Weston for instance should give you some inspiration.
No body wants to see shitty boring photos of flowers, these literally grow in gardens everywhere. What makes Weston's image of this vegetable so compelling? Look at the interplay of tones, the accentuating of curves, and the idiosyncratic nature of this vegetable. It's imperfections give it character and interest. Please think about these things before snapping a photo lest you become a fauxtog.
