This is probably the wrong place to post this, but maybe someone can help.
I recently found an old video camera of mine (pic related) and I want to eject the video cassette that is in it. The cassette will not eject without a battery. I found the battery for it, but no charger. Am I out of luck until I find the charger? Or is there another way to get the cassette out of the camera without damaging it?
another angle
The battery is an Energizer ER-C5160

take apart the camera if you really need the CASSATE. other than that stick it up your hole and fuck off
why don't you google the battery for a charger, or better yet get a universal charger?
Get some wires and connect some batteries with the same voltage to it?

You realise that your parents likely borrowed that camera while you were out one day, and the battery died while they were filming themselves engaging in some 'horizontal refreshment'?
Enjoy your parent-porn.

this is probably your best option.
that or look around your house for an old transformer for a phone or other old electronic shit that had the same voltage, then just positive to positive and neg to neg.
you will probably have to cut and splice the cord
You should look for a mechanical release, never saw one of those without some kind of manual override.

If you can get a battery, record some stuff for us anon. Make a thread of using that camera. I have one, but I used it to the point that it just broke.

Camera has screws why not try that?
