The angles, framing, and lighting are flat and uninteresting. Whereas urban/suburban decay can be used to tell all kinds of stories.
E.g. your "abstract art" shot. A sharper focus on some words on the burnt page with the canister looming over it could have been though provoking, instead you just took a snapshit and made it look like nothing the same way the other two are snap shits.
The photo of the sink in the water closet. If you had shot from outside the door way looking in there would have been some mystery.
The burnt out breaker box could have been shot straight on for some natural framing and geometry.
You just lack vision, don't get mad when you get called out on it. The subject IS interesting. A burned building always has interest, and is an easy subject for storytelling because it inherently invokes emotions in people.

If you can't handle critique, don't post your photos. In my experience, it seems that the better photographers on this board welcome critique without taking personal offense and either rebut with why the particular photo is well taken/composed/etc or take in the criticism and use it to improve.
You called your snaps "art" but can you explain the artistic merit? Can you honestly state that the images were created with purpose?
Rather than be honest with yourself about your haste and/or laziness you blamed the subject and your gear. Then you sought to shift attention onto my "inability" to give you a step by step on how to shoot your subject, rather than acknowledge that you didn't really consider how to shoot it yourself.
I wasn't being an asshole in my original post, I was being direct and telling you to think about your shots before you take them.

You shot it at f14 in Av mode which cranked the ISO high and gave you a slow shutter speed. This resulted in a blurry image from camera shake which defeats any wide DoF that you may have been trying for and also created lots of noise.
I would suggest you do some googling on exposure and the relationship between ISO, Aperture, and shutterspeed, and how each of these have an effect on your image.

Wow, this is so much better in color...
It looks .25 - .5 stop under-exposed so you may want to nump that, and it could benefit from a slight s-curve on the tones and a bump in vibrance for the greens.
I'd burn that white patch of rock in the upper left of the frame since it's distracting and do some dodge/burn on the water and rocks to bring them out a bit more if the s-curve doesn't do enough.
