Could've been really nice, but you completely missed focus, and the angle is weird and looks bad. As a general rule, keep your photos straightened, they will almost always look better that way. Also, if you are using a tripod, which, if you're taking night photos you should be, then you can turn your ISO down, which'll give you a lot less noise, and you can close down your aperture, which will make it sharper.

Off kilter, noisy and incredibly boring. There's no exif, so I can't give you any exposure-specific cc, but overall, just think about your shot before you take it; make sure it's straight, make sure it's in focus, but most of all, make sure that you're taking a photo with a point. Nobody wants to look at some grainy poorly illuminated branches and a ton of empty black space. It's the definition of a snapshit.

there's strong attention to light, making the subject evident, negative space for a very minimalist approach. I'm not saying it's a masterpiece, but you're a faggot for not even seeing that.
so here's what i think. It could have been executed better. i got the concept of the photo, but the tree is out of focus and the empty space could have been sized down a little bit. When you have a lot of empty space, it kind of throws the photo off balance and makes it esy for people to get lost. i'll give you a couple good examples:

While there is a of empty space in this photo, the lights of the city counter it, and the top of the building is understood to be there to balance out the space being used. i like your concept, i just think it could have been executed different. i suggest re-shooting it. Are you using a tripod, or are you doing hand held?

in the above picture, i use my camera handheld with a slow shutter speed, and use the flash to stop people in motion. While a tripod is an amazing idea that should be ad heard to, it's not a true necessity. you can still get some great shots with out. you just have to know what look and feel you want the photograph to convey to the viewer. I shoot at an ISO of around 1300. I get a great amount of light into the lens. sure enough its a grainy photo, but that can be fixed in post production
