Try asking yourself what you're trying to achieve with these pictures.
Are you trying to document how cold it is in mother russia? If so, why were are the B&W shots mostly shot in bright sunlight, and the colour shots have a warm colour palette? What could you have done differently?
I find that once you become aware of what you're doing and why, improvement comes naturally.
A lot of your B&W shots are lacking a proper subject. Something like a shadow of a fence ( >>2742940 ) is not a subject. It can be used to complement a subject, but on its own it's just a pattern.

A shadow of a tree on the other hand can be used as a subject. This is probably the strongest of the lot, but the framing is a shame. Too much of the tree is missing.

This one could have been pretty good but again its ruined by the framing. But I hope you can still see that it is better than >>2742939 . It's a high contrast subject on a grey background, compared to a grey subject on a high contrast background.
I shouldn't need to tell you that these are underexposed. Snow has that effect on light meters. In the black and white shots it doesn't matter as much but the colour shots suffer.
Another problem with the colour shots is that the most saturated parts of the images tend to be in the background. Take >>2742994 as an example - the foreground is greyscale, while the background has distractingly colourful dots. You were probably better off sticking to black and white there.
Only going to comment on those I like here. Others are not my cup of tea considering subject matter and/or composition (e.g. I hate landscapes).

I think they're good exercises in working with light for b&w, which is something few people know how to do well. So you're technique is good, now work a bit on framing and content and you should put out some very fine pics.

It's not about how to crop it, it's about how you should have framed it when you were taking the picture.
There are 2 main problems with the uncropped image. First, the top of the tree's shadow is missing, and second, there's a distracting shadow at the far right of the frame.
Getting more of the top of the tree in frame can be done by crouching down and aiming higher.
Getting rid of the shadow on the far right is best done by taking a few steps to the right and aiming further to the left.
My edit might give you an idea of what I mean. But obviously it can't be fixed in photoshop, primarily because too much information is missing at the top-left. Also I'm aware I cropped out too much of the ground but whatevs
