Its not a great photo desu
Firstly, being in portrait means that the photo is awkward to look at with so much going on- typically with portrait photos its immediately apparent why you took it to anybody looking.... I honestly can't tell here other than maybe the pigeon being in the water?
Angle isn't great, there's a row of trees I can spot so maybe wide wouldn't have worked... should have been flat on and close enough so the width of the fountain took up the frame.
In this case your camera was up to it but you weren't. Looking at the camera specs its actually not bad if you flick it to manual. Obviously a proper IL (Interchangeable Lens) camera would be better but with 24-120mm and F2.0-8.0 you can handle most styles. Even long exposure (no bulb but up to 15s is good)... in other words don't even think about upgrading that camera until your skill improves.
Also it looks like you edited this... take a good long look at the original and see if you really did improve it.
