First time to botanical gardens in Indonesia, everything is so hot and green here all year so I have to improvise using infrared.
The presidential palace near the garden
The entrance gate, it was so hot today (the temperature was 90°F (32°C)
Stuff inside
And the last one.
Any colour versions?

He's an IRfag, so no.
Fuck this is such a desperate meme.
OP, your photos are boring shit.
If you want to shoot black and white, use film.
If false colours are your only way of injecting visual interest to your work, quit photography.

Pic related, it's the colour version whithout any modifications. I use in-camera BW to make it easy to compose without being Cyclops and see red everywhere

Is there any difference in the sharpness/DoF with IR and normal photo?
>>2739168
Sup filmfag, I'm a film shooter myself but infrared film (or any film in general) is quite impossible to get in Indonesia.

Some nice pictures there OP. I went to those gardens some years ago, it's an awesome place

Agree, lots of 200+ year old big trees there and feels like a small jungle. I've only explored about 1/4 area there because it's so big, definitely will go back there this weekend.

forgot pic though it's blurry

beautiful
It looks like you used a filter relatively close to visible red. I think the BW images would be better at 820nm+

Nice. I did consider to buy the 820nm filter but it's darker thus needs longer exposure time.
Bump with some photos from today
