Let me see if I'm understanding you. You have a .5 megapixel original and want to print onto a large canvas?
Was taken from a 13mp phone, it's not hard to do, just don't have my computer here.
Just noticed I said 50cm.. Sorry no way I'm going that big, it's going On to a 30x20 cm at least as that's the smallest size I can go
uprezzed

Thank you very much

No problem. But in the future you really need to aim to have more native resolution. This really isn't enough for a quality print. Though it came from a native 13mp camera, it got cropped/resized to half a megapickle. Thats not even enough rez for a wallet sized photo.

this is literally not possible
It's like having enough dough for 5 good bread rolls, and saying "I want 50 bread rolls!". Either you get 50 extremely shit quality bread rolls or 5 good ones. Either way you're not getting what you want and you don't understand why.
What I'm saying is you need to post the original sized image, which should be around 4000x3000 or something. Resizing a very small image into a very big image doesn't mean it will instantly be better quality, it just means you blow it up larger and it will be very blurry and poor quality.

I'm assuming OP cropped the 13mp original, so likely having the original won't be of much use. Due to the smearing effect he applied to the crop, it will probably make someone a nice christmas present. If he makes someone happy with it, then so be it.

It still looks like crap though, put a median filter on it if you wanna have a decent result
Took this pic on the same phone, they have been put on Facebook, guessing that's my problem? Facebook automatically resizes pics? I need to get onto my old phone if that's the case
