It's when your file size is "too big" for the given dimensions of an image. For instance, there's no fucking reason for your 985x657 file to be 1 meg.
Also, you're a megapleb if you've never used back button focus until now.

90% of concert "photographers" are by no measure technical experts, or even competent photographers. they're usually just lame scene kids who drag their entry-to-mid tier kit to every show.
OP, your photos are blurry and I don't see how you achieved anything with back button focusing.
You could just as well have used focus lock.
Fucking jealous. Metal shows usually dont have much for light. Its just a ton of strobes and maybe one spotlight.

noise reduction hurts. back button focusing makes it easier for artists that run around on stage like the two I just shot. no more excuses though my weakest ability is nailing focus and if I showed you photos I took a year ago you'd laugh even harder

ehhhh depends on the venue. I've seen some metal shows with crazy good lighting. haven't shot any sadly but ah well
gotta graduate from venues with bad lighting or compensate with flash if the venue/artist is okay with it (artist's word is better than the venue)
