I like it but I wish you had done it on a brighter day in a way, and showed more of the stuff that's at the bottom of the frame. I'm not usually a big fan of photos that are more than 50% sky when there's nothing particularly interesting i.e. a sunset/rise.

This is better. Leading lines, rule of thirds, a bit of sky for contrast, colours aren't too dark or bright, this is a really good technical shot. It'd be cool if you had something interesting to be a focal point since there isn't really a focus atm, like if possible have something in one of the windows that stands out, a person, a flag, whatever. All in all a good pic though.

I think you've got the focus wrong. The sharpest point seems to be part of the head scarf thing, when you should really be aiming for the eyes. The face in general looks soft as hell.
