Had it done at a lab. They developed and scanned them, then I did some contrast and color adjustments. They used a Noritsu scanner.

Thank you. I forgot to mention that I did meter for 200 and had them developed normally, overexposing by a stop. No idea if that affects the grain or not. A couple of them did come back a little bright, so I darkened them a hair, but for the most part exposure's been untouched.

Maybe it shouldn't really be called a project since they're basically just vacation photos, but I did have a mind to only use the TLR, to keep the square format throughout, and to put it all together in a book at the end. I wouldn't say there's a theme, but I think there's a narrative of the trip (it was not primarily a photography trip), or at least the stuff we saw on the trip. The photos in the thread are out of order for that narrative, so that's my bad. But in the final book I hope that narrative will come through, being able to retrace each leg of the trip and the shifting geographical regions as you flip the pages.

Props for shotting old menelta though.
It makes me sad to think of all of these beautiful old cameras, capable of shooting magazine-cover-quality work even today, rotting on shelves while people spend thousands of dollars on lenses for their 16MP Fuji.
If you scan yourself, you should be able to get the sky back in the valley shot. Also I'd crop it to a vertical 4x5 ratio.

basically yes. I was at max shutter most of the time (1/250) generally operating at f/16. Unfortunately I didn't have the flexibility to shoot under different lighting conditions, though I have to admit I kind of like the harsh light in most of them. It kind of suits the desert and beach I think.
That said, I did try to take advantage of the slight angle of the sun when possible, which admittedly was not often.
