This little fella had a stream of dried blood and what looks like a gash down his back.

He's shivering and very frightened, yet I was still able to get very close to him before he weakly hopped about 3 feet away.

Pic is him with carrot bits around him

He's not shaking anymore but breathing very lightly...

I don't think bunner is going to make it.

leave him alone, but you're probably going to kill it anyways since a lot of you get hard at the thought of 'taking it out of its misery' just because you get to kill something.

sleep tight bunner

I think you should go to /an/, OP. They're better prepared to suggest shit to take care of animals instead of eating them

>>/an/
>>
Get a box. Put some clean towels in the box with water and some bunny chow. Thrown towel over the bunny and place it in the box.

See if he makes it. If he'll let you touch him without freaking, attempt to disinfect the wound.

Trust me they're not.

Kill and skin it. The best pocket pussy is rabbit fur lined.
>>
>>796409
If it is wild, don't touch it and don't feed it. I've seen far worse things happen to critters and they survive, but when people mess with them who are not vets they often times die. Gashes on skin clot up then as it heals normally tightens up and seals off. It can take a very long time (months) for this to happen, but it always happens. Putting anything over it will normally cause infection.

1 last picture of him

His eyes slightly opened from the last.

Looking back maybe he could've lived if I didn't move him, the gash was mostly healed, and I probably stressed him out to much.

Lugete, o Veneres Cupidinesque,
et quantum est hominum venustiorum:
quem plus illa oculis suis amabat.
nam mellitus erat suamque norat
ipsam tam bene quam puella matrem,
nec sese a gremio illius movebat,
sed circumsiliens modo huc modo illuc
ad solam dominam usque pipiabat.
qui nunc it per iter tenebricosum
illuc, unde negant redire quemquam.
at vobis male sit, malae tenebrae
Orci, quae omnia bella devoratis:
tam bellum mihi lepum abstulistis
o factum male! o miselle lepus!

I phrased it wrong. If he wanted to help he should have given it a quick death then let it decompose or be eaten by another animal.
>>
>>796409
Take him to your local animal shelter. They'll handle it.

Tomorrow morning I will check and see if a miracle has occured and he lives. Otherwise I will put him in the ivy patch and let him decompose.

Ashes to ashes, dust to dust.

Every fucking time.

You also don't feed rabbits carrots tubers. It isn't a cartoon, you mook. They eat the foliage. You also don't feed a newly injured animal because it can force it into even worse shock.

This, OP its on you to find a small viking ship that fits Bunner.

its last hours were painful and suffering OP.
You could of given it a quick painless death but instead you went full mengele.
.22 to the head would of been perfect, or a quick tug from the head.
I hope you shitposters are happy as well, you are reasonable for this shit

2nded. If you see an injured animal kill it. Ain't you seen any nature docs? Nature is too brutal/scary for hurt bunners to survive in. Or call animal control. Only a sperglord keeps it in a cardboard box.
