Blip the throttle. Say in 4th gear going 40mph your rpms sit at 2k than in neutral you rev it to 2k and you shift into 4th. Repeat for the rest of the gears. Congrats you now know how to rev match

The Savoy isn't going to be very fast, just a 318 in a big car like that? Thing probably weighs more than the Packard but at least it runs and should be pretty damn comfortable to ride around in. Still bound to be faster than the Valiant too, much more livable and having 3 Plymouths in the family would be kinda cool.
That VW that June was talking about could be fun, it'd be completely different from anything you've driven so far. Sure it won't be fast now but you know you can fix that, you'd have $240 left over after buying to play with. No idea on how far that will get you on one though, having a VW crew to run around with doesn't sound so bad.
Speaking of things completely different, there's Sharon's panhead or whatever it was she was selling. You don't even know how to ride and knowing how Erika was around her last time it may not be wise to get here to take you to Al's. You don't even know how to ride so you'd have to learn that.
