State cop got me going 80mph in a 65mph on the highway, he wasn't in the car, and when I passed him he was stepping into his car. On the ticket he says he used the laser gun to clock me but he wasn't holding anything when he entered his vehicle. I may note too, that there was a pickup truck in front of me going well over 80 and he singled me out because I was in a M3 with a catback. I'm not sure if I should try to appeal the ticket and hope I can prove some unreasonable doubt to the judge, or just pay the damn thing.
Also note I had a passenger in my car, could be a witness in court.
I would like to note that you can ask the cop to see his radar gun reading
>>14674264
Should have done this when he first pulled you over
When I got my ticket for 92 in a 65, first thing the cop did was show me his gun when he approached my car
>took car to dealership for a recall fix
>they tell me there's a lot of things that urgently need to be fixed, alternator could go out any minute (covered in oil due to a leak)
>they tell me the belt needs to be changed, front valve gasket cover, radiator, oil pan all need to be replaced
>$2000 repair quote
I took it to a trusty mechanic and he said the only thing that needed fixing was a valve cover that caused oil leakage onto the alternator....

Any tips on buying an old E90?
Is £5500 too cheap?
I don't mind going for some entry level 320, I just want a stylish looking commute car
Should I just go for an older E46 instead?
>>14672515
Buy an E46 m8, pref a petrol 6 cylinder so 325 or 330. More reliable than the E90.
Avoid paki owned too.
>>14672529
>buy a literal nigger wagon m8

Hello looking for advice, Just bought this stereo recently been stressed out about connecting the wires together because I cant find a single website telling me the color codes for each of my stereo cables in my car. It's a 2009 Hyundai Accent Hatchback. I will be surprised if anyone could actually find this.
>>14676279
>he didn't buy from crutchfield
they include wiring harness adapters for free or a small fee with every stereo purchase.
Just test them yourself, after you find the 12v ignition, 12v always on, and ground then you should be left with paired wires for each speaker, which are normally the same color, one with a line or dot and one without.
>>14676279
why aren't you using a wiring harness?
There is literally nothing wrong with driving a Dodge.
Do you know why they call it a Dodge?
Because when you see it, you'll dodge the car salesman and moonwalk away.

drips oil, drops grease everywhere
Anyone here good with cars? Killed my battery, its dead.
Can I just keep pushing it to get it slightly charged?
Makes sense to me. But it could mean pushing it for like 20+ minutes
That cardio tho.
That's not how it works, engine has to be running to charge battery via the alternator
If you drive a manual you can start your car by popping the clutch tho
I'd kill her with battery, if you know what I mean.

I've recently signed a contract for being an exlusive dealership in Italy for a specific product. Next few months we're gonna start selling it and we're going to make a lot of money. We are already looking for a car. We are planning to lease it due financial reasons. Monthly budget: ~5000€
What is this car, this is a millennial car right?

Also Turbo thread.

WHY WOULD YOU DO THAT?!
>>14674516
Gotta get to work.
My dad is getting a new SUV and he is letting me keep his current SUV. It's a 2013 XC90 V8 R design. I want to know if you guys think I could possibly mod this SUV into a capable off-road machine. I have about $12,000 I can use for new suspension , wheels, brush bars , lights and anything else.
What do you guys think is it worth the effort?
No. It's unibody, thus it's shit
You sound like a spoiled 16 year old shit that's getting a nice luxury car to drive and wants to shit it up with a bunch of crap. Just drive it and enjoy. If you want to go offroad, take a fraction of that $12k and buy a cheap 4x4 beater (Jeep, 4Runner, whatever).
>>14674245
I just want to have something unique that nobody would usually try to take off-road. I guess if you really need a frame to be good off-road then I'm kinda in a bad spot.
Is this Loctite? This better not be fucking Loctite. Who the fuck would put thread locker on a non-structural transmission fill bolt?
>>14673965
fuck proper torquing just fucking chemically fuse that shit
>>14673965
Shit, the red stuff too. I hope you have Oxy Acetylene familia.
