Why did they stop making the EVO and Eclipse?
What's going on with Mitsubishi making the decision to discontinue these?
Eclipse was an underpowered FWD convertible bitch car made for hairdressers. Why keep making it when the Miata exists.
EVO was an overpriced riced out Lancer that still lost races to Mustangs and cars $10-15,000 below its price tag. Mitsubishi couldn't continue to justify its existence for the sole purpose of making fanboys on /o/ happy.
Plus Mitsubishi is re-tooling their efforts to become more cuck-friendly with gutless 4cylinder mallcrawlers and faux-sport 4 door economy sedans.
>>14739099
Mitsubishi makes more money selling air conditioners than cars.
I am sad that the evo is dead though.
>>14739124
Source on an evo losing to a mustang, only way I could see that happening is to the Shelby one
What xx,xxxk tier of HID headlights does /o/ consider rice?
I think anything past 12,000 or 15,000 is definitely getting there. I get especially rustled when I see them on super dirty/fogged headlights.
I'm considering 12,000 or 15,000. I have a new er model car with clean lenses. What do you guys think?
>>14735712
Anything higher than 6000k

but why? let's get an argument going
Racecars don't use blue lamps, they use yellow. So it is not "rice", as stupid as the concept of what you present it as is.
Post pics and discuss the wonders of steam cars
Am I the only person on this board crazy enough to want a steam car of some sort?
>steam car
How am I supposed to look cool driving around a high-boy hot rod if it's running on steam?

dat neverending torque doe
>>14734633
Put a Doble engine into it. 150hp with 1000 ft. lb. of torque.
does /o/ have demon eyes? Im planning on doing it to my car but not sure if you need a kit or can use any LED, help
>>14734187
I'm sure that's illegal as fuck anywhere
You should probably fucking kill yourself now and be done with it.
Are you gonna drive your car only in the day? Other than looking like a huge queer you're gonna fucking crash
What car is this?
What do you think it could be?
>>14760777
Mustang?
>>14760781
I don't think it is.
There is this campaign on a certain motor dealing site where if I find a certain car on their website that is up for sale which is the one under the blanket, I have a chance to win it for free
Went through all the mustangs no dice
What you can win?
BMW e90 for me
So you don't mind if I drive, right anon? I'm a good, safe driver. And my dad takes care of my car, so there's nothing wrong with it.
How are people confident enough to drive rare classics on public roads in a country where oblivious moron drivers literally await around every corner?

I mean, it's a better start than a million other things she could say.
What does /o/ think of the integra?
Is there any reason it didn't make the sticky?
Is the Prelude much better than the integra? Why, or why not?
I had a '91 Integra LS and I fucking loved that car. Was my first car and unfortunately I didn't know anything about fixing cars, it had a few issues and I lost my job and couldn't afford to fix it so I sold it off. I've regretted it ever since.
I now have an SUV that absolutely annihilates fuel and want to get something fun to drive and can't decide whether to get another Integra, or...

Integras are great cars. It might be hard to find a clean and unmolested manual first gen integra in 2016, however.
there are some clean second gen gsrs around still though. be aware of theft though.
Preludes are good too, they're more of a "GT" car than the Integra. More creature comforts, softer suspension, larger displacement. I'd say drive both and see what you like
>>14760082
I like how DC2 Integras look as long as they have the Japanese front fascia. But Integras are a prime theft target. Add to this GS-Rs got switched to leather standard and it narrows the likelihood I'd get a cloth one, even if not salvage.

tfw leave EF civic unlocked at all times
nobody steals cars in the midwest
I'm curious to see what /o/ has to say about the Elio. It's a 3-wheeled car designed for low air resistance, high gas milage, and cheap production cost (>$7,000 new). They say it'll run on a 3-cylender, but it weighs only ~1,250lbs.
Either for function or for style, would you drive this car?
Pic of the engine. Seems like there's a decent amount of space for an engine swap possibly.
>>14759486
HAYABUSA SWAP!!!!!!!
Well at least they got the wheel arrangement right, unlike Reliant.
Why do people bother buying any new model A audi series when you can get the same thing cheaper with volkswagen?
For fuck sakes if you open up an aido you can get at least half the parts inside a volkwagen with the same brand and everything, but when you want to fix them you get charged twice as fucking much..
The fuck?
I just bought a volks cc and it doesn't look like that, what.
It looks mad sick, there wasnt't even the option to paint it yellow..
>>14759326
Both are overrated. If you want a nice German car just buy a fucking Mercedes.
>>14759326
>Why do people bother buying any new model A audi series when you can get the same thing cheaper with volkswagen?
Because you can't. You only THINK you can.
>driving by dealer, might as stop by
>want to walk around and admire the cars
>salesman walks up to you and asks how he can help
>say I'm not buying a car today, just looking around
