Yup, just got my second leak fixed. Got a professional detail and every time it rains, it smells like wet towels in my car. I'm so tired of this. I still owe 20k on this car, am thinking of just buying a base Mazda 3 and getting over this.
/blog/
Well, forgot to post my question. What would /o/ do?
Can you even sell that for close to 20k?
/o/, what should I do with my money?
>Get bike license and bike
>Get an old Kart running
I'm leaning towards the kart. My stepfather has 2 90's karts, both tony karts I believe. 1 100cc single speed and 1 125cc 6speed. I would be working on the 125 one
>>14839145
i vote kart
>>14839202
I'm kinda scared tho. I heard that that kart used to do 180+kph on our local kart track.

And?
Well if you fancy dying just go for the bike
What should i name my mazda

How does /o/ feel about upper strut bars? For weekend warrior track/autocross/DD used vehicles?
They help. As long as you don't spend stupid amounts of money on them, they're good.
>>14838551
What would be considered a fair price for a brand new one to you?
They're just for show on 5th gen/6th gen camarodads. The chassis is already stiff enough to where there's no flex on the strut towers. Even if it's a dedicated track car you likely won't notice a difference.
Hey /o/ used to come here a lot. I've been tinkering on building my own cafe racer for a while now. But I really have little to no mechanic skills. I don't care if it takes me 1 year or 5 I just want to build my own bike. So where do I start?
>>14838452
same thing here, thinking about an RD
First you have to grow a beard and immerse in the Hipster culture.
Here's a tip. Once you put stolen parts together it becomes a new bike just with some stolen qualities
Redpill me on the last generation of celicas. I've always loved the aesthetics, and there are some for ~5k around here.
Why shouldn't I get one?

Part of the generation of looks fast, is slow.
Front wheel drive.
Factory rice model looks okay.

>Not getting the superior GT4
Anyone here ever driven an Audi S8? If I buy one will I get a lemon or raped by Audi's famous unreliability? I'll probably buy it used at low mileage and only drive it for 30k miles before I sell it.
Really it's very simple: buy it if you can afford regular maintenance, inspections and spare parts.
If you can't afford that don't buy it.

We're all poor.

Dont buy anything you cant afford, it'll just bite you in the ass and make you lose sleep.

Any math experts on right now?
BMW says a quart burned every 600 to 700 miles is acceptable. The oil change interval on new BMWs is 15k miles. The oil capacity is around 7 quarts. There is no dipstick so you can't monitor the oil level yourself. Now I'm no human calculator, but it seems that BMW thinks it's ok to run your engine dry about a third of the way into your regular service interval. Can any experts like Davis or Googlecarguy tell us why this means BMW is good?
>>14835756
>BMW
lmao
>>14835756
If it has iDrive you should be able to check the oil level from the screen in the car.
you're supposed to readd the burned fluid bud
do you care whether your car is the facelifted version or not?
Depends entirely on the car, that said no matter how shit a facelift is it'll have a way better resale value.
That's like asking "whud ca is gud"
>but it depends on what you need that car fo-
"WHUD CA IS GUD!!!!!"
what you posted isnt facelift
its just lower vs higher trim
2013 Audi A7 Premium Plus, 83,000 miles, $33,500
Carfax shows:
-all scheduled maintenance done at my local Audi/VW dealership
-new tires installed 18k miles ago (still have lots of tread left)
-1, maybe 2 owners
-No signs of trouble, i.e. multiple unscheduled maintenances or multiple replacements of parts outside of regular wear items.
Pristine inside and out. No wear on any of the leather. Just the steering wheel and a few buttons are worn down from repeated touching over time.
No odd smells, sounds, or anything that I can tell. No oil leaks apparent.

>or is it going to be a money pit in the future?
They do have maintenance problems and I'm honestly a bit surprised it had literally no unscheduled repairs. Is this being sold as a certified used car? It's within the age range although mileage might be too high. I would legitimately consider a warranty package. It might be $4-$5k but with an Audi A7, you can easily make that back and then some in one or two years.
Nice car
>>14833263
KBB gives a value of around $28k. I don't know all the options it has, so you should run it yourself. If it's right, you should be able to talk them down at least $1-$2k which will help buy a warranty. I wouldn't want to be stuck with Audi with mechanical issues.
Shud i?

Dodge CEO Ralph Gilles has been sketching cars since he was a kid. Gilles heads up design for the Chrysler group, and is responsible for Chrysler Dodge, Jeep and Ram product design, in addition to his duties overseeing Dodge. Gilles is living his childhood dream as an industrial designer in the position of reinventing a classic American brand, under Fiat leadership. The 40-year old executive works long hours, but manages to squeeze in time to train for a marathon, to sit on several charitable boards in Detroit.
